Hi all,

I have a problem, when I download underlying data some columns are changed and some of them are missing.

This is original source:

This is what I get when I load it to Power BI:

This is what I get as output from underlying data ( dates are missing):

Can somebody tell me what is the problem?

Thanks in advance!

    Hi milena,

I can't reproduce your problem in my envirement. What is your powerbi desktop version? In addition, you need to make sure your field in Excel is datetime type. You could create new datetime column in a Excel to load it in powerbi to see hwteher it works or not. In addition , did you change type or do other setting in powerbi?

For export data from powerbi report, I also suggest you create  new simple Excel with datetime column, check whether it work correctly when load in powerbi report and export from report.

    Best Regards,
    Zoe Zhi

      Hi dax,

I've made new file with this column and two others and when I exported underlying data rport the column wasn't here. I've made .csv and .xlsx and the same is happening.

Maybe it is because of hierarchy which is power bi making of my column?
