Hi @surbhi ,

I am afraid I cant help you with that since Power BI service has its limitation of 30,000 rows for its export.

If you have Pro account you could try to open a support ticket. If you have a Pro account it is free. Go to

https://support.fabric.microsoft.com/support/

or you can post your issues here
https://community.fabric.microsoft.com/t5/Issues/idb-p/Issues

Hope this helps!

Hi @surbhi ,

In that case, I recommend you use DAX studio since Power BI Service has limitation of 30,000 rows

Install DAX Studio

Open your .pbix file in Power BI Desktop

In DAX Studio, connect to the open Power BI model.

Run a DAX query like:
Evaluate YourTable

Click Export > CSV

Hope this helps!
If the response has addressed your query, please accept it as a solution so other members can easily find it.
Thank You

my reports end user don't know powerBI so simple export button in dashboard is all want they can do. So looking like that similiar solution

@surbhi

If you have report access then leverage DAX Stuido. It's one of the simplest ways to export entire csv data while maintaining report views.

any alternative apart from dax studio. There are end users who are not familiar with powerbi so any easy solution for them from app service only.

Hi @surbhi ,

If you need easy solution for end user to export, then go for paginated reports. That will no have any limitation on number of rows to export.
