Downloading URL from Power BI - Instead of Excel Online, way to have link download excel locally?

Hello,

I have a table that has a column with URLs in it, one of the URLs is to an excel file that takes the user to Excel Online. I'd like to just have that file download automatically on the users machine. Is there a setting that can be changed to have this happen?

Otherwise someone would have to still do it manually.
