Microsoft EmployeeDownload report directly to PDF
Hi there team. Perhaps you could point me in the right direction.
Im i have 2 reports i would like one of them to have a button which you could click to download another report.
I used the parameter ?rdl:format=PDF it takes me to PBI service & downloads.
However, i would like to know if there's a way for this to not open another tab, and directly download the file on the browser
Is this possible?

Browser opening PDF rather than downloading is browser behavior, not something we can control in power bi service. On your machine you can change browser behavior https://support.clio.com/hc/en-us/articles/360004070574-How-Do-I-Stop-My-PDF-s-From-Opening-In-A-New-Tab
