Download dashboard with auto incremental

Hi Anonymous ,
No, you can't turn off incremental refresh from PBIservice. You can modify the dataset on the power bi service via the XMLA endpoint, but it also disables the download of pbix if the dataset is modified by XMLA.
Download a report from the Power BI service to Power BI Desktop - Power BI | Microsoft Docs
One workaround, you can turn off Incremental refresh on Power BI Desktop, and then republish it to Power BI Service and replace the earlier report. After this, you can download the PBIX file.
