Hi, i have a report that is deployed to an app. When viewing the report directly there appears to be an issue, but it works correctly when viewing the report via the app.
It appears that the reports are two different versions.
Can i download the report from the app (not by accessing the report directly)?

Hi @Anonymous ,
No you can't download a pbix report from an App. That's only possible if you have access to the Workspace the Report is in.
The Report and the App may show different things because the App has not recently been updated. When you create an App it copies the Reports into the App. Developers can then make changes to the original Report without the App showing any changes. Once they are happy to do so, the App can then be updated and the changes in the Report re-copies into the App, so that changes are available to App users. However this is a one-way change, an App can be updated but you can't "roll back" an app to a previous version or extract the pbix's from it.
Hope this helps

Save a copy of report from the app to your workspace, and then download that copy.
