Post PatronDownload Last Known Good pbix file?

If I recall correctly, you can upload your PBIX file to OneDrive (Personal or Business) which can serve as a source control mechanism by providing versioning features. So in the future, if you may have screwed something up, you should be able to revert to a previous version of the PBIX and then republish that file to the Power BI Service.
You can connect to your PBIX file in OneDrive through Get Data from the Power BI Service.

There is a place in heaven for you! My pbix was on Dropbox and after I read your post I went back to check if there were prior versions. Sure enough! There are at least a dozen prior versions. I just went back to the version that I had saved only 15 minutes prior to the file getting corrupted and it opened without a problem.
