Hi folks,
The Download Excel file is not working anymore in the SQL query part of all Power BI Datamarts. The button has no impact, as if the bouton was blind. The idea is to read SQL query results in Excel instead of a screen shot.
Donwload Excel FIl in Datamarts
I tried to sign off everywhere and sign in after, with no improvement.
I tried to query a Datamart DB with Excel thru the Datamart connector and it worked, so I guess there is no driver issue.
I opened Excel 365, with no result.
I refreshed the Datamart with success.
Maybe there is an issue with Excel 365 itself, and I checked the version : it is
Microsoft Excel for Microsoft 365 MSO (Version 2308 Build 16.0.16731.20310) 64-bit
A message displays that Office is updated (montly update according to my company settings)
So my guess is that there is a general issue on this feature now.

Going in here to repeat the same thing. We are seeing the same problem.
It's been down for a month or so now and it;s been causing issues and lack of trust with our datamart deployment.
Hi @dieter92 ,
You may have a browser issue that prevents the download button from working properly. You can try to clear your browser cache and cookies, or use a different browser to see if that solves the problem.

No
This does not work. I changed browser and cleared the cache.
It seems an issue related to Datamart queries : when I use analyze in Excel in Dataset page, I can analyze in Excel.
