Doubt in Managing Permissions
Dear,
Differences between managing permissions between report and dataset?
If a user requests access to the report, should I configure it in both modes?

If you only want users to view the report , you just need grant them access to the report . If you want users to create their own reports based on your dataset , you can grant them access to the dataset . So what kind of permissions to share with users depends on what you want these users to be able to do .
