Helper IDoubt about confusion on Grant Permissions and Roles
HI all,
I'm confused about this: when I share a report with someone and I give a build permission to create content based on the dataset "“Allow recipients to build content with the data associated with this report” do I need first to add that person a role in my workspace ? If not what type of role does that person has with build permission ?

That depends on the capacity your workspace is on. For shared capacity you need to add the user to the workspace. For a premium capacity workspace you need to add the user to the app (and not to the workspace).
