Donut Chart is not showing

I analyzed user feedback sentiment using text analytics-sentiment score in Power Query, then made a donut chart with the results.
It used to work fine in Power BI Service, but today it doesn't show up there, though it still shows in the Power BI app.

Tried different visuals like bar charts and cards, but none of them show up in the Power BI Service after publishing the report.

    Hi Muniba ,

Let's analyze your problem, first you used text analytics-sentiment score in Power Query and then created Donut Chart, this could be displayed successfully at first, but now it doesn't work, it could be a problem with the version of the service, try updating to the latest version!

      Hello

Thank you for your response.I'm using the latest version of Power BI. Here's more information about the problem: I've implemented a conditional column to convert sentiment scores into positive, negative, and neutral values. Initially, everything worked fine— Now,the data is correctly displaying in Power Query and in the Power BI app visualizations. However, when I checked the data view in the Power BI app, I couldn't see any data related to the sentiment score and conditional column. After a few refreshes, the data appeared, but it eventually reverted back to being blank. Now, the Power BI services also display the data as blank.
