Don't get verification code email on sign-up

EMail host has confirmed they are not filtering anything as junk and spam protecton is off 

nothing in spam 

nothing in junk 

what can i do ??

I have the same issue and tried all the solution but my problem still exist!
I got email verification code when i sign up for microsoft account but not for power bi 😞

is this not allowed, two trial accounts on the same domain? 

I reviewed the link before posting and indeed went to hosts to check no hidden filters they were adapamant and other live account was set up ok / not blovked. 

is it that we cant have multiple domain users

That should be fine as I have multiple user accounts from a single domain and I get the verification emails each and every time.

SOLVED

Was looking to pick up email via hosts' webmail server and didnt see them .

Then to put email account details into iphone and verification code was there .

Then appeared on host webmail..

So NOT Powerbi issiue at all .

Just Host webmail doesnt pick them up , but if you put email detials into outlook/iphone then it will load.

what is the email domain used?

EG if my email address was user@domain.com what is the @domain.com?

Same as the others cannot register or get a code on sign up .

no spam filters

server side saya they are not blocking

trying to create a test account and says its sent verification code but nothing ...

what can i do
