Does not appear the option of embed in sharepoint online in power bi menu, why? i just have the optinon public in the web

Alternatively, while still using the Free version, you can use the option File > Publish to Web, copy the HTML code and then in Sharepoint, edit the page and Insert > Embed Code.

It would be because you are using the Free version, whilst the embedding into SharePoint is a Pro requirement.
