Does anyone know why the email subscription image data is different from the real data

Hi guys,

We had the issue that when users received the subscribed power bi dashboard, they can see a preview image. But the image data was different from if they clicked into the power bi report. Eg, the image shows 05/05/2023 data, but if they click "go to the dashboard", the dashboard show 05/08/2023 data (which is the correct one).

Hi @Vickyli ,

If the data is not updated, please check the refresh time of your report and the successful refresh time is before or after the subscription time.

Per the documentation:

Email subscriptions are sent with the report's default filter and slicer states. Any changes to the defaults that you make after subscribing don't show up in the email.

To confirm this click the reset filter button in the toolbar at the top of the report and see what it shows.
