I know that there are logs for identified access to the reports. But are there logs to the reports published in the web? Something like, ip address, number of unique visitors, etc.

All of that would be captured in the Power BI Audit Log. You'd need to contact your Power BI and Office 365 Admins to gain access, and you would have to download those logs to write a report against. You cannot write a report directly against the logs in the service.

MCSA: BI ReportingThere is no statistics (ip addresses/uni viewers) for reports that are published to Web in the audit log. Power BI doesnt track those users using public link. You can only see who has published to web in the audit log.
If you want to track usage of a report published to web, you can use a free third party service that track the number of clicks on that Public report link.
