Does PBI embedded allow to share streaming datasets (dashboards) with free users?

Hi,

As stated above, does PBI embedded with its dedicated capacity allow Pro user to share streaming datasets (dashboards) to users with free license only? Either through sharing within Power BI website or "App owns data" embedding scenario or the "User owns data" scenario?

I am not aware that streaming data has any extra stipulations for embedded.

The difference is that Embedded content is created on dedicated capacity. Does it change anything in terms of sharing the reports, dashboards to free users or it is merely a matter of license? Each recipient has Pro - sharing through portal or the master user has Premium - sharing/consuming through embedding (ISV scenario)?

I am not interested in collaboration in my company but only sharing the results (also within company). And I do not want everybody to have Pro account. Is it possible with Pro license & embedded capacity?

I should add that ideally I would like to share the live streaming dasboard which is based on streaming dataset.

If it is from Premium dedicated workspace, the free users don't need licence. And there is no difference between the reports/dashboards using streaming datasets and general ones while sharing.
