If these accounts are in same organization, you can simply add another account to your groups to share these report/dashboards.
If not in same organization, you can try to use powershell to duplicate workspace:
Duplicate workspaces using the Power BI REST APIs: a step-by-step tutorial
Notice: current power bi not contains any features to migrate account contents.

So... that's it? No formal way to do this through a GUI or tool? No definitive way to copy dashboards and their reports from a development subscription to a production subscription? 😞

Then what does MS expect developers to do when they need to deploy the reports and dashboard they have created?
