I can use custom title with display last refresh time option without any issue. Can you please explain more detail about this?

Hello! 

You are using the standard name of the chart. 

We are using the new feature "Conditional formatting for visual titles" from the April update

Hi @AlexanderK ,

I think you are misunderstood with this feature, it not means you can direct typing your measure name on title 'textbox' to invoke measure result. Please click on '...' icon and choose conditional formatting with measure, it should dynamic changes based on measure result.

BTW, current it only supports text value, please convert your measure to text type before use it.
