Display last refresh time not available with the custom formula title

I think you are misunderstood with this feature, it not means you can direct typing your measure name on title 'textbox' to invoke measure result. Please click on '...' icon and choose conditional formatting with measure, it should dynamic changes based on measure result.
BTW, current it only supports text value, please convert your measure to text type before use it.Regards,

I can use custom title with display last refresh time option without any issue. Can you please explain more detail about this?
