    Hi MattBossert,
    Thank you for reaching out to the Microsoft fabric community forum.

    Currently, Microsoft does not offer a built-in option to turn off ads in Power BI notifications. but you can submit a request for this feature on Microsoft Fabric Ideas. Please go through the below following link for request for the feature on Microsoft Fabric Ideas.

Thank you for the reply.  Unfortunately before posting here, I went through all of the notification settings and I did not see any options to disable 'Promotional Messages', 'Marketing Communications', or anything similar.
