Hi All,
Is there any option we can restrict the users to Export to excel by assigning the role. As per my understanding we can restrict the all the users/specific user groups to restrict the Export data as below.
For a Report - Settings - Export to Excel - None as below
Or Admin portal - Tenant Admin -> Export to Excel -> Restrict for specific Security groups.
Can you please help me if there is any way by creating new Role or updating existing Role restrict users to Export the data in the workspace reports other than the options above.
For Example - Users having Viewer role in the workspace cannot be able to Export the data. Users assignd other roles can be able to Export the data in the workspce. Is it possible?
