Directquery not working in service with postgres hosted on aws
Hi,
We have a postgres db hosted on AWS rds and we use directquery to access this data source for the report. It is working fine in desktop, but when I publish to service, the visuals are blank with " Cannot load data" error.
We tried using a on premise gateway, but as per power bi, gateway is not needed for this data source , as is already on the cloud.
Need help on this issue. Thanks

You could check the Issues forum here:

And if it is not there, then you could post it.
If you have Pro account you could try to open a support ticket. If you have a Pro account it is free. Go to https://support.powerbi.com. Scroll down and click "CREATE SUPPORT TICKET".

PostgreSQL is supported in power bi service, you can refer to the official documents to see the supported data source:
please make sure you've configured the data source under the gateway.
