    Hi, Anonymous 

    The interval you set is smaller than the minimum interval set by your administrator for that capacity.
    At this point, the minimum interval set by your administrator is used as the refresh standard:

    If you want to refresh at the minimum you set, you'll need to ask your administrator to set the minimum refresh interval in the Admin portal to a lower value than the number you configured on the page. This ensures that the refresh operation proceeds smoothly.

Hi, thanks for answers
- Anonymous  (minimum interval in the capacity)
- Tutu_in_YYC (browser issues)

I accept Anonymous answer since it seems to be the most likely explaination and solution for the probem.
Changing browser, as suggested byTutu_in_YYC , did not solve the problem in my case.
