Direct Query visuals not showing on powerbi service

I am creating pbi report using direct query with my local db (MSSQL) 

it is working perfectly on powerbi desktop but when i publish it on powerbi service the slicer (list) and text are showing correctly but visual are not showing .. error screenshot is given below.
dateset is connected using on-premises gateway

The issue is resolved i was using windows authentication before thats why it showing the error

i have created a new user in sql and connect dataset using that user then it works..

Hi @Anonymous ,

To give you better suggestions, could you please provide your steps?

I suggest that you can try the followings:

1, Check that if the gateway is properly connected and can be used normally.

2, Try checking the memory, as not having enough memory will cause the visuals in the report to not display properly.

3, Try to swap for another visual to see whether it can be shown up.
