Difficulties Connecting to PostgreSQL Server

I am trying to connect to a PostgreSQL server but keep getting an error of The remote certificate is invalid according to the validation procedure. I'm using the direct PostgreSQL connector. I think in the past there were hoops I had to go through to get the PostgreSQL connected but as of January, it looks like npgsql is automatically in Power BI...but maybe I'm missing something?
