Different users see different numbers in the same report (not security or user filters)
We have an Excel-file, from Sharepoint, that is connected to the PBI Report.
When I open the PBI in both service and desktop, I get the correct numbers showing in both the tiles, tables and graphs. When my colleague is opening the same report in service, they get the wrong numbers. They dont have any filters on, and I have not put restricted access to their user, so it has nothing to do with security.
The funny thing is, this hasnt just happened on one report. It also happened on another report, to a different user. Several of the users who have accesses to the same report see the correct data and numbers. Two of my colleagues are experiencing seeing the wrong numbers when they open the reports I've created. It is not user error either, as I've watched them open the reports, both on mobile app and in Service on PC. They dont have any filters selected, and they have the same user accesses as the other users who can see the correct numbers.
Any advice would be helpful!

Hi. There are two things that usually create differences in numbers. One is filters and the other is cache. I know you say that you are really sure they haven't anything filter, but sometimes they have persist a filter of an old modification of the report and is still there.
The way to bring them to the same level is clicking the reset filters and then the refresh button. That should bring all filters to the original published report filters and clean cache:
If the problem persist, check on the header icons of the conflict visualization if the "filters" changing the visual are the same at both machines. If all of this keeps failing then it looks like a weird bug.
In addition, be sure you are both checking at the same level. Sometimes peoples view the report at the app and another at the workspace.
I hope that helps,
