Different time zones on Power BI dataset for Schedule Refresh

Hi Team,

How can I setup the schedule refresh on power bi data set in different time zones.

-One is in EST Time zone

-Another one is in IST Time zone

The reason why I was asking you is, for India users I did the subscription at 7 am IST.
                                                          For US users also, should receive the report at 7 am EST.

Thanks for the information you have given.

1. Navigate to the Power BI service and select the dataset you want to refresh.
2. Click on the "Settings"

3. Navigate to the "Scheduled refresh" tab.

4. Select the “Refresh” pane, and click “add another time” to add another time.

However, it's important to note that Power BI uses the time zone set in the data source's settings, not the local time of the user viewing the report. Therefore, you'll need to adjust the refresh time to match the desired local time in each time zone.

For example, if you want a report to be refreshed at 7 AM IST (Indian Standard Time) for your users in India, and at 7 AM EST (Eastern Standard Time) for your users in the US, you'll need to calculate the time difference between these two time zones and set the refresh time accordingly.
