Helper IVDifferent roles in an application
Hi there,
I have different roles that could access different reports and I have them in an application. It is possible to achieve?
I am afraid I would need to create as much workspaces as roles I have...

You can have multiple roles within an App Workspace?

A user can only have one role in a workspace, or do you mean dynamic RLS?

I meant a user able to see a report and another user seeing a different report from the menu of the applications, which I think it can't be achieved.

Hi maserr ,
If that's what you said, you can see if using RLS in the report can meet your needs.
Please set the user as the viewer role.
If you have configured the workspace so that members have edit permissions, the RLS roles will not be applied to them. Users will be able to see all of the data.
