Different filters same report for different subscriptions

Hi,

I have a report in Power BI with a filter by departament.

I need to send a monthly email containing the report to the head of each department with his departament filtered, and one monthly email to the general boss without filters (all the departments).

I know I have to subscribe each person I want to recibe the mails, but the problem is: How can I adjust the filters? I think I have to do a copy of the report for each departament, save it with the filter of the departament and subscribe the person to the specifical report.

That's right?

you have to create some roles in your power BI desktop. Those roles will filter the information in function of the username of the person connected for exemple. 

Once those roles are created you can apply them in power bi service, all is in the link.
