Different Date format in Power BI Service and Desktop

From yesterday the refresh option in Power BI service is calculating the date format by MM/DD/AAAA , and in the Power BI Desktop is in DD/MM/AAAA , the problem is that some columns need to capture the month , in the Desktop it calculates correctly , but in the Service auto refresh do not calculate right, the strange thing is that the file was working fine until yesterday.

Any solutions?
