Difference in dedicated capacity of A4 and P1 power bi. Like what extra functionalities does P1 offer if any.

Both A4 and P1 supports paginated reports. and A4 is billed as part of the subscription in azure whereas P1 is a tenant level subscription. My main question is what advance features/capabilities P1 has to offer.

Thank you for your reply. But I am looking for more extra functionalities like paginated reports, AI (preview), dataflows etc.

Does AI (preview) is part of A4 or not.

Yes, AI (preview) is part of A4. There is no difference between A SKUs and P SKUs except the part indicated in the document above.

"Cognitive Services are supported for Premium capacity nodes EM2, A2, or P1 and above."
