I have a dashboard in PBI Desktop published in PBI Online.
When I update PBI Online (data source is locating in my OneDrive), the same object shows different information in PBI desktop and online:

The total value is the same, but just the category "Pagas" is calculated....

Have you tried the method mentioned by lbendlin? Will it work fine if you republish it? Also, you could check the update info of that report. Considering your datasource is on OneDrive, just wait few minutes then check if the report updates.

When you make structural changes to your data source in OneDrive these changes need to be acknowledged by the Power BI dataset, usually via a refresh and a re-publish. Try re-publishing.
