Difference between Power BI local & Power BI Web

Hello, if got some missing Data in my Power BI Report when i am publishing it to power bi web. Any Ideas what could be the problem?   Thanks in adance.

Here is a screenshot from the local Power BI :

An here the same Data with the same filtes from the Web :

 

The Web Version was updated.

The Database is a MySQL Database.

According to the picture comparison, we can find that the data lost on the service has a common feature, so please check whether the incremental refresh is set on the dataset,
