Did we get query string filtering for publish to web URL'S ?

Just need your confirmation on this like do we have query string filtering option enabled for publish to web URL's

No, you can't add any parameter or query filtering string in "publish to web" URL.

 

You can only apply filter on Report URL: Filter a report using query string parameters in the URL
