Desktop vs Online Report Visuals
When I publish a report online, the visuals look wildly different than in the Desktop version. Furthermore, when I change the visuals to be all the same dimensions (Gauge visualization), many of them look like they have different dimensions with some being smaller or larger than others.
Has anyone else experienced this?
If the gauges are different in Desktop, it should also be different in Service after publish.
I think you can try to uninstall and reinstall the latest Power BI Desktop. Then create a new .pbix file to draw the same visuals to see if problem still exists.
If possible, you can also share your .pbix file to somewhere like OneDrive, so that we can help to look into it.

I created several Gauge visualizations in Power BI Desktop in one page and published it online, and I didn’t see difference between them. I got the same results with several browsers like IE11, Edge and Chrome to open Power BI Service.

Below are how my visuals look on Desktop Vs Online. All are set to 247 x 135
I still cannot repro the same issue with you. I set all of the four Gauge chart to 247 x 134 in Power BI Desktop (Version: 2.37.4464.361 64-bit (July 2016)) and publish to Service.
Are you using the latest version of Power BI Desktop and IE11 to view the report in Power BI Service?
