Desktop Decimal Format Overwritten by Service Locale

Hi all, I have a report on the PBI Desktop version with thousands and decimal format in the DE locale (1.000,23€), which I want to keep when publishing. Automatically then the published dashboard ...

    Hi. By default Power Bi Service will change decimals and thousands separators matching the language of the browser. It will change for each user depending on the browser.

    I'm not sure if you can change that. There is a configuration at dataset settings when checking schedule refresh. There are tabs at the top. Change the "Dataset" tab selected for "General". In there you will see a Language option. If that one doesn't change, then I don't think you can.
