Hi,
I had a problem logging into Desktop BI. Company IT reinstalled my PC on Windows 11 set all 365 apps back, installed BI desktop and it worked for 3 days. I had the same problem as you can see in the picture, if I continue, nothing happens, I can't access the account. I note that the web version logs in automatically without problems and I see the active pro version and Pro with the same 365 account that I am trying to use to access BI Desktop. before i could log in it was automatic or the work account selection account popped up by itself. I use data in BI locally or through the company's sharepoint, not externally. Please help the IT department where there may be a problem.

PBI Desktop will require you to log back into your account after reinstallation before you can publish relevant content to your PBI Service. You need to log in to your account again because the reinstallation has cleared some of the previous cache.
You mentioned that the web version logs in automatically without problems because you were logged in and your account was saved to your browser, so you don't need to log in again.

We probably misunderstood, for months the Desktop on Win 10 with a 365 account worked without problems, suddenly one day I couldn't log in and IT couldn't find a solution, so he completely reinstalled the computer on Win 11, everything worked for 3 days in BI Desktop without problems, until the problem occurred again. that I can't log in, if I press log in the window disappears, nothing happens in Destkop. If I open the file it says you are not logged in, and I get these messages. I think the problem is a firewall, security or something like that, as if something is blocking the 365 account login.
