Deployment pipeline is loading continuously and not showing its artifacts.

Hi,

The DP I was using for a year is now not showing its artifacts, even the title. This issue persist more than two days for me, cleared cache, history and did all other basic checks, even restarted however still I face the same. Any guess or leads ?

Have you had any luck with resolving this issue? If you can raise a support ticket with Microsoft about this issue, they might be able to investigate it faster.

We started experiencing the same problem in our organization.  Did something change to require folks who have access to the pipeline to have higher than viewer on the production stage?  

I have a scenario that makes this more confusing.  I am assigned to a premium workspace in a production stage as an admin, under an AD group, and as viewer, with my AD account. I am not able to change workspace permissions but I am able to access the pipelines and move items to the production stage.

Hey Miquel,

I'm not aware of any planned changes to the deployment pipeline behaviour/permissions, so I can only assume this is a new bug that has been introduced recently. Have you raised a support ticket with MS about this issue yet?

Regarding your workspace permissions, if you have Admin permissions to your production workspace, this should override your Viewer permission assiged via AD group, and you should be able to change workspace permissions in that workspace. Are you able to do other Admin actions on that workspace, such as edit content, build new reports on datasets etc?

Great to hear!  Is there an ETA and any limitations to the areas the fix will be deployed?

Yes we have exactly the same issue starting on Mon 26 June 2023.

We found that the issue occurs because the user only had Viewer permissions to the Production workspace.

As a test, we gave the user Contributor access to the Production workspace, and the deployment pipeline page loaded correctly.

It seems like you are having trouble with your deployment pipeline. Have you tried checking the logs to see if there are any errors? Also, have you checked if the trigger is mapped to any pipeline?
