Hi Ira_27 That icon means the report is part of a deployment pipeline and is added as the workspace for the Test step.
If you don't have permission to the deployment pipeline, you will need to ask your Power BI Admin to either add you as an admin or get the list of admins.
They can run the Rest APIs for this:
