Deployment Pipelines - Loosing production report links?

Hi,

hopefully, you can tell me there is a solution for this:

I'm about to implement deployment pipelines at my job and we want also to make use of the One Drive synchronization functionality. The thing is that, from what I've seen synchronization only goes from One Drive to the Dev environment. Due to this, the first step is always going to be uploading .pbix files to OneDrive to then promote to Test and Prod, hence overwriting Production links that I might have to the different reports. If this is true, change management with users is needed which I would like to avoid.
