Deployment Pipeline - Name Already In Use

Getting this error when trying to make a deployment pipeline - though I can guarantee that this is not a taken name... Any ideas?

    Hi Harry41 , 

    This error message is indicating that you are trying to create an object with a name that already exists in the system. You will need to choose a different name for the object in order to proceed with creating it.

     

    Although you have mentioned ' guarantee that this is not a taken name', I cannot reperoduce the issue. Could you please try to use another name?
