Power BI TeamThe 2nd error you posted suggests you have the Dev WS synced with OneDrive. is that accurate?
if so, then you should try through saving the new PBIX in the relevant OneDrive, so it will sync automatically with the dev WS.

No, we are not using OneDrive for syncing report files at all. Not sure why the error message alludes to that. This was the result of someone attempting to upload a pbix into the workspace from their local machine using the New > Upload a File > Local File feature.
