Deploying parameterized dataset to environment fails second/subsequent times

Hi All,

We have three environments, Dev, Test and Prod in our Power BI Service. Each environment will need the dataset to connect to different DBs. So we parameterized the ServerName in our Dataset and deployed to Dev. 

But when we try to publish this from the pipeline page from Dev to Test environment, we get an error

Found a workaround that if we delete the dataset from the target environment (Test in this case) and then deploying works.

Problems with this approach:

1. Obviously this is very bad deployment experience, for every deployment we would have to delete the dataset in the target environment and then redeploy. 

2. If the dataset is already in use in a report that has been published in the app, i couldnt delete the dataset.

   I would have to delete the dashboard/report or remove from the app and then deploy again and recreate the app. So much of a pain

Seriously, is there a better pipeline deployment experience?
