Deleting Workbooks from a shared workspace
Hi Folks,
I have published some dummy versions of my report in a workspace and shared with colleagues in my organization. Now I want to delete/hide the previous versions of my report from the shared workspace as they are redundant. Can't find any option to remove/hide the reports from the workspace. Can any of you please guide me. Any help will be highly appreciated.

In the report line, there is an ellipses next to the report. (The vertical three dots, if that isn't officially an "ellipses".) Click on that and Delete is the second option. Oh wait, that is the new look. In the old look, which you might have based on that screenshot, you go to the vertical ellipses in the "Reports" section in the Workspaces area and the third option is "Remove". If neither of these options work for you, perhaps you do not have the appropriate permissions?

Hi there
You can not hide the reports unless you publish it via an App.
If you want to delete the reports or dashboards you can click on the ellipses and then select Delete
Just be aware that it will delete the report from the Power BI Service.
