I have create a test subscription on one of my reports.
The problem occurs when trying to delete this subscription again.
When deleting the subscription with the trash can and 'Save and close', and open subscriptions list again then the subscription is still there.....
If i delete and click to focus on the report, the subscription list closes but then again the subscription is still present.
Can't find the subscription under 'Manage All Subscriptions' so don't know if the object is in limbo somewhere 🙂
Lucky i can turn the subscription off, but would be user friendly to have a functionality with the trash can.
Hi @Anonymous ,
Based on my test, I cannot reproduce your issue here. How did you delete your Subscription? For more details, please check the online document.
Hi Frank
The main problem that my subscriptions isn't show in the subscription list.
The subscription can't be deleted in anyway.
How i got the subscription in this limbo i don't know, and therefore it imposible for me to give you a walkthrough you can replicate. Was most about if this was a known situation and fix was general known.
But think i will contact support, as special error.
