Is there a way to delete all links which have been created to share reports where the creator left the "people in your organisation" option selected?
We have many links that people have created granting access to reports for everyone in the organisation, this has allowed users to search for a report and any report that has ever been shared in this way will appear exposing potentially sensitive reports to users who should not have access
We've now disabled the admin setting that allows these links to be created but need to revoke all the links that were created in the past. We have thousands of reports some with many sharing links.
Is there a way to delete these in 1 fell swoop? At the very least is there a way to check which reports have a "anyone in your organisation" sharing link created so we don't need to manually check every report and dataset?
You can manage the code in Settings
Then you can delete the related link of the reports.

Looks like embed codes are for embedding a report onto the web? The issue is not reports published to the web but reports shared internally with the whole organisation.
As far as we can tell the only way to delete these links is manually, report by report
Yes, currently you can only delete it manually, there is no way to delete links in bulk.
