Advocate IDelete report from another user's personal Workspace
Hello Power BI Community,
I have a question please.
A user, let's call him John, has a report in his personal Workspace, and he shares this with other users, and then leaves the company. Is there any way to delete John's report in his personal workspace?
Either as a Power BI Admin, a Microsoft 365 Global Admin or even Microsoft themselves, or via a PowerShell query etc?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You mean you can be an admin right? Then the problem becomes simple.
Enter to 365 Admin Center, change the account password of the leaving employee in the Users, then you get the user's account email and password. You log into his account and go to my workspace. Now you know how to do it.
