Delegate Power BI Admin role to B2B Guest

New to Power BI and Power BI Premium.  Apologies if my Power BI Community search skills are lacking and this is a repost.

I'd like to know if we can delegate the Power BI Admin role to a B2B Guest.

I've tried doing so, but the behavior is strange.  The B2B Guest can login to the tenant that they have been granted the Power BI Admin role in.  But post-login, they only see a bare-metal Power BI UI. They don't have any navigation features or access to the Power BI Admin center.

Advice?

After my test, it is possible.

You could share a report to this B2B guest. Then open the report link ( don't forget to click Share ) in the browser and log in with guest.
