Default time Power BI refresh

Hi experts,

I'm a bit confuse about the refresh time after published the power bi report to the workspace.

1. If I turn off like this, Is it still do a auto-refresh? or I need to turn on only , so Power BI will do auto-refresh?

2. If I turn on and just set the time zone like in the picture, Is it will refresh every midnight? 

if yes, for example User A is in time zone UTC+10, the Power BI will refresh on 4.00 AM User A's time.

Yes, then I think it would refresh at 12 am of the timezone as selected by the dataset owner (you have to enable the scheduled refresh anyway)

To enable auto-refresh, you have to turn it on.

After turing it on, you have to select a time zone and then click "Add another time" to add a time when you want the dataset refresh to trigger (for a pro workspace, you can add 8 time slots to run per day).

appreciated ! but If I'm not add the time, is it still do an auto-refresh?
