Decomposition Tree Visual is not working in Power BI Service

Dear community,

Since last week, I have observed a strange behaviour of a visual in Power BI Service. Previously, the Decomposition Tree Visual was able to be viewed in Power BI app(service) after the report has been published but currently I am getting an error saying couldn't load data for this visual.

The preview setting for enable Decomposition Tree visual already been checked at Power BI Desktop. Please let me know if anyone of you also facing the same issue. Power BI Desktop.jpgPower BI Service.jpgCouldn't load data for this visual.jpg

Hi @Anonymous

This issue could happen if the data source was removed, renamed, moved, offline, or permissions have changed. Check that the source is still in the location we are pointing to and you still have permission to access it. If that isn't the issue, the source may be slow. Try again later during a time when the load on the source is smaller.

Hey team, I refreshed the report today, it works fine now. I suspect this occur due to the extraction time from the source was slow causing the visual wasn't able to be displayed

Hi @Anonymous

1. Is this just happening on this visual or is it happening other visuals too on the same report?
2. If you are using live connection or direct query check the connection to your data source. Most likely it might be broken.

1. Yes, only this type of visualization is affected. The rest of visualizations in the report are working fine.

2. Regarding, the source, all the credentials have been refresh and set accordingly and besides, I used import data  connection mode
